AI FLEAS
Privacy notice
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Operated by Starodubtsev Consulting
This notice covers the AI Fleas website at aifleas.com, its account sign-in, and its site chat. The linked open-source repository and Financial Insights app are separate destinations with their own practices.
Information we use
When you create or use an account, we process your name, email address, account roles, and sign-in/session records. Email sign-in uses a password credential; Google sign-in provides an account identifier and basic profile information such as your name, email address, and, when available, profile picture. We use Google information to identify and sign you in, not to access your Google mail, files, or contacts.
If you use chat, we store messages, authorship, timestamps, replies, reactions, and mention/read information. Public messages and the names associated with reactions can be seen by visitors. A message explicitly marked private is shown only to its sender and selected recipient. Do not put sensitive information in public chat.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide accounts and chat, maintain site-specific sessions, deliver account emails, prevent misuse, and diagnose service problems. Basic server logs may include technical request information needed for security and reliability.
Storage and service providers
Account and session records are kept in the shared Starodubtsev Consulting account service; AI Fleas chat has its own site-specific history. Google processes sign-in under its own terms. Hosting and email providers may process the information needed to operate the service. We do not sell account or chat data.
Browser storage
AI Fleas uses browser session storage, or local storage when you choose to stay signed in, for an account token. It also stores the chat transparency preference in local storage. Your browser may retain this information until you sign out or clear site data.
Retention and your choices
We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet security or legal obligations. Public chat history may remain visible after you sign out. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your account information, subject to applicable requirements. To make a privacy request, email [email protected].
Changes
We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
